What do US soldiers think about the war in Iraq?
Filed Under Uncategorized | 7 Comments
What do US soldiers, specifically the ones that have gone over there, think about the war in Iraq? Do you believe it’s a misguided war like some say, or do you think it’s on the right path? Veteran soldiers are also welcomed to comment.

Where is proof of WMD’s in Iraq at the start of the current Iraq war?
Filed Under Uncategorized | 17 Comments
Every time someone here points out that Iraq did not have WMD’s (used as a justification for the CURRENT war) when we (the US) invaded Iraq, there are a half dozen or so answers who adamantly state that Iraq did have those weapons.
Where do you get that information? Where is the proof? give some links to documentation. If Iraq did have WMD’s at the start of the CURRENT war, I want to know about it.
Look, I know there weren’t any. This is an attempt to get the people who still say there were WMD’s to put up or shut up. I don’t want to beat the dead horse here, I want to bury it.
FREAKZILLA, so far you are the only one to point out any credible reference. Thank you!

How did the war in Iraq turn from self defense to an investment?

I thought we went to war to defend ourselves. I watched the media briefing in Washington and the people in charge of the war in Iraq kept talking about our investment there.

Does a politicians open disdain for Bush and the Iraq war demoralize the morality of our brave soldiers?
Filed Under Uncategorized | 10 Comments
Amongst us all, i’m sure we agree that the men and woman in harm’s way are heroes and deserve at the very least to have the full support of their nation behind them while they are in harm’s way. I know this is America, and we are lucky enough to live in a democracy where people can say what they want to say. However, that does not give them the right to expect they will not be held accountable for their statements. So with that being said, do any of them stop to think just for a second that some of their redderick is poison that the soldiers do not want to hear? I’m pretty sure the soldiers do not want to hear that they are in Iraq because they are not smart enouigh to have done anything else with their lives, or that they have been compared to Nazi’s. Pro or anti war, it is the duty of our great nation to seperate thoughts of the president from negative comments towards the military, who protect the rights of ALL loudmouth political figures to say these types of things.

Why aren’t there more public protests on the War in Iraq, such as the ones witnessed during the Vietnam era?
Filed Under Uncategorized | 12 Comments
During the 60s and early 70s you had flower power, give peace a chance, big rallies in Washington, parades, alot of people trying to get the war to stop. Now during the Iraq war, people seem content on just complaining that its all Bush’s fault and leave the politicians to handle the war, if everybody is so unhappy with the war, why isn’t there more protests going on?

What proof is there that the war in Iraq is over oil?
Filed Under Uncategorized | 13 Comments
I have heard many people say that this war is over oil. It would make sense, since all the people in power are into the oil business, but I was wondering what proof is there regarding the link to oil and Iraq.

Is Fox News using the Wright saga to divert attention from the Iraq War that Democrats plan to end?
Filed Under Uncategorized | 2 Comments
More people are preoccupied with the inciendiary remarks by Pastor Wright rather than the War in Iraq.
The key is to discredit Senator Obama by his association to Pastor Wright and elevate Senator John McCain who supports American occupation in Iraq for 100 years.
Are Americans gullible to get sidetrack by lesser issues that have not affected the lives of Americans and our economy like the War in Iraq?
